Our Program

MC3 participants are prepared for apprenticeship programs and highly-skilled careers through a debt-free, technologically-advanced education. Our programming is based on the National Association of Building Trade Unions’ Multi-Craft Core Curriculum.

Subjects covered include: Workplace Safety, Construction Tools, Diversity, Sexual Harassment Prevention, Professionalism Blueprint Reading, Construction Math, Financial Literacy, Rights On The Job, OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid/AED Certification, Green Construction, Employment and Interpersonal Skills, Labor Movement History.

Wraparound Services

In addition to our core content, MC3 works to provide all candidates with the support they need to succeed during our programming and after completion. These supports include: Case Management, Career Placement Support, Mentorship. Scholarships, Interview Coaching, Resume Development, Test Preparation.

Careers & Benefits

Average starting pay for apprentices is $18.70/hr with benefits typically including health insurance and pension. Upon apprenticeship completion, Union Journey level Tradespeople typically earn $20-60/hr, or an average annual salary of $40,000-$100,000+ per year. Benefits typically include health care, disability coverage, life insurance, retirement, vacation, and pension.
