MC3 participants are prepared for apprenticeship programs and highly-skilled careers through a debt-free, technologically-advanced education. Our programming is based on the National Association of Building Trade Unions’ Multi-Craft Core Curriculum.
Subjects covered include: Workplace Safety, Construction Tools, Diversity, Sexual Harassment Prevention, Professionalism Blueprint Reading, Construction Math, Financial Literacy, Rights On The Job, OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid/AED Certification, Green Construction, Employment and Interpersonal Skills, Labor Movement History

Average starting pay for apprentices is $18.70/hr with benefits typically including health insurance and pension. Upon apprenticeship completion, Union Journeylevel Tradespeople typically earn $20-60/hr, or an average annual salary of $40,000-$100,000+ per year. Benefits typically include health care, disability coverage, life insurance, retirement, vacation, and pension.
