Our nationally-certified Apprenticeship Readiness Program offers individuals from all backgrounds an opportunity to complete the NABTU Multi-Craft Core Curriculum. This intensive, two-week program enables candidates to jump-start their construction apprenticeship placement process by completing 120 hours of training in subjects including Construction Math, Tools & Materials, Blueprint Reading, and other essential skills for new construction professionals.
No previous construction experience is required to apply for this program. We pride ourselves on brining apprenticeship opportunities to the unemployed, underemployed, and those seeking a career change from other fields. After completing our two-week training, graduates receive a $350 stipend and transition into our wraparound job placement services. With the support of our team, most MC3 graduates are out working full-time in the trade of their choice within approximately two weeks (please note that this is an estimate and can vary based on trade choice and current workforce needs).
