We are SO EXCITED to congratulate the nine graduates of our Spring 2021 Music City Construction Careers Apprenticeship Readiness Program! These students worked hard for the first two weeks of May to earn their certificate of completion from our program, by completing 120 hours of NABTU-certified modules on subjects including Construction Math, Construction Tools & Materials, Professionalism, Workplace Communication, Diversity in the Workplace, and much more. They are now moving on to careers and apprenticeships with Skilled Construction Trades with IBEW 429, BAC Local 8, LiUNA Local 386, UA Local 572, SMART Local 177, and more.
We are thrilled to welcome these talented individuals into our Middle Tennessee Labor Movement as they begin their construction careers and construction apprenticeships. Congratulations again, Spring 2021 MC3 Graduates. We are so excited to see where your future takes you!
We also want to thank all of our volunteers and supporters, especially the Nashville Building Trades Council and Stand Up Nashville for their continued sponsorship of our program, and our colleagues at Walbridge and Nashville Machine for helping to arrange amazing field trips to give our grads some on the ground experience throughout our program.
